Common Issues

HELO is unresponsive, slow, or doesn't start#

If HELO is broken in some way and you want to install it from scratch, make sure to delete the config files that hold your settings and all emails.

Paths#

HELO stores data at:

Linux: /home/<Username>/.config/HELO
Windows: C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\HELO
Mac: /Users/<Username>/Library/Application Support/HELO

The settings are stores in the vuex.json file. Renaming this file to something else creates a fresh version on the next app start.
